By accessing and using the services provided by WebNova Studios, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
WebNova Studios provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, UI/UX design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and AI integrations. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate statement of work or agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before commencing work. Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are not provided once development or design work has actively begun, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Upon full payment, the client retains the intellectual property rights to the final delivered website or application. WebNova Studios reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
WebNova Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
